  7. Even though he keeps giving me permission, something is holding me back.

  8. For a moment, I think I should consult an outside perspective. Then I remember that I am the only one who knows what’s best for me. Seeking outside approval will only confuse me.

  9. “You’re allowed to be scared AND do what’s best for your mental health and family.”

  10. I don’t think my stomach can handle another inning.
