  1. Quiet and dark.

  2. A list of gratitudes before I get out of bed.

  3. Talking my mind out of the anxiety and into positivity.

  4. What you focus on expands.

  5. The last minute request throws me off. It’s not the request itself but the way in which it was hurled upon me when I already had a plan for the day.

  6. I hear the words but I don’t believe them. I don’t get fooled by them anymore.

  7. I should stop this.

  8. The wind is still whipping but at least the sun is out.

  9. He was just trying to compliment me.

  10. It’s just been a long day.
