7. Goose & Gander. Burger with duck fat fries. 2014 Olivia Brion Pinot Noir. Trio of ice cream.

8. Schweiger Vineyards. Spring Mountain. Something about the shape of the land and how it’s holding the wines makes me feel small.

9. The wines are as beautiful as the view.
