  4. It feels good to sit at a proper desk. I bring the french press in with me, fill the big mug with steaming green liquid. No honey this time; still tastes good.

  5. Land. 15 years. No, sooner than that.

  6. I feel emboldened. I feel less pressure from this shift in mindset. Let it support you. Just let it support you.

  7. I take a proper lunch break.

  8. Slow it down.

  9. I shouldn’t be outside but the breeze against my skin feels so good. Feels so good.

  10. A little hungry but not hungry enough to go downstairs.
